Job Description

This is a senior role that will oversee the development and implementation of programmes aimed at growing the sport of fencing in Singapore.

The Programme Manager for Fencing Development will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive athlete pathways, ensuring a sustainable pipeline of athletes capable of achieving international success.

In addition, this individual will assist the General Manager in coordinating coaching, refereeing and technical official development through education and certification initiatives.

About the Role
  • Lead the development, implementation, and monitoring of FS National Pathways across all weapons, genders, age groups, and participation levels.
  • Develop a structured athlete pathway, outlining stages of development, key milestones, and transition criteria.
  • Collaborate with clubs, schools, and coaches to integrate pathway programmes into existing structures, ensuring cohesive support for participants, athletes, and officials at all stages.
  • Support the High performance team in designing and implementing talent identification initiatives.

This role requires a high degree of autonomy, strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and a proven track record in programme management and development.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around $80,000-$100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
