Job Title: Accounts Executive

About Company:
Pioneer of engineering plastics and a global company supporting manufacturing worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage accounts receivable and payable, including debit and credit notes to customers.
  • Send electronic statements and reminders to customers.
  • Follow up on payments with customers.
  • Update customer email contacts in the master file.
  • Process tax invoices, account receivable receipts, and bank charges into the system.
  • Review debtor confirmations and auditor confirmations from customers.
  • Generate sales reports.
  • Prepare purchase reports.
  • Assist in audit confirmation letters to customers.
  • Provide midmonth aging reports.
  • Coordinate monthly payments to suppliers.

Requirements:
  • Minimum O-Level/ Nitec/ Diploma in Accounting or a related field.
  • Prior accounting experience preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Knowledge of GST regulations.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles.
  • Meticulous, proactive, and responsible individual with strong time management skills.
