Senior Staff Nurse Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Senior Staff Nurse to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to clients through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care.

  • The successful candidate will have the ability to provide cost-effective care in accordance with established policies and procedures, standards of nursing care, and practices.
  • You will be required to comply with approved standards of nursing practices and assess client conditions in collaboration with the healthcare team.
  • Your key responsibilities will include monitoring client progression, implementing care plans, and providing health promotion and counseling to clients and families.
  • You will also be expected to perform nursing care such as medication administration and wound dressing, as well as oversee and manage the performance of the nursing team/care staff.
  • A critical aspect of this role will be coordinating, implementing, and monitoring clinical and service quality performance indicators for continuous improvement.
  • In addition, you will be required to perform CPR, AED, and first aid, and participate in infection control campaign activities.
