Job Title: Warehouse Operations Specialist

This is a highly skilled position that oversees the smooth operation of our warehouse. The ideal candidate will have experience in supervising incoming and outgoing warehousing activities, leading and training a team, and implementing process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise all warehousing activities and monitor inventory and logistics flows.
  • Lead and train warehouse team; uphold safety and performance standards.
  • Drive accurate inventory management and documentation.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and maintain order fulfilment.
  • Implement process improvements, maintain equipment, and ensure cost-effective operations.
  • Design and execute long-term warehouse strategies in alignment with business growth, customer expectations, and supply chain evolution.
  • Collaborate with leadership on CapEx planning, budgeting, and return-on-investment analysis for warehouse improvements.
  • Utilize data analytics to drive process improvements and operational decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for leadership review.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in logistics or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in warehouse or logistics.
  • Forklift license (mandatory); Class 3 license (if applicable).
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel), with ERP experience preferred.
