About the Job:
We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Specialist to join our team in Singapore. As a Desktop Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality desktop support to our trading users.
You will be working in a fast-paced environment, supporting over 300 trading users across various locations. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving infrastructure issues related to hardware, software, and network.
You will also be required to log all IT issues via ServiceNow and take responsibility for ticket closure and timely resolution. Additionally, you will work closely with various support teams, including Trading and 3rd-party Integrated Support Providers (ISPs), to meet trading users' requests and issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have relevant IT degree and minimum 3 years of relevant experience. You should have strong analytical skills and experience in desktop support in a fast-paced trading environment.
You should also be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
