Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for adhering to the OCBC Group Procurement Policy, Standards and Procedures, demonstrating thought leadership in sourcing projects, and driving negotiations to deliver cost savings and benefits to the Group. This includes managing and executing activities related to sourcing products and services, conducting Request for Proposal (RFP) and Request for Quotation (RFQ), evaluating and selecting vendors, negotiating prices, reviewing contracts, and collaborating with internal stakeholders and legal and risk departments.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A high level of personal integrity and strong written communication skills, including the ability to facilitate meetings and lead discussions effectively.
  • A degree holder in Business or a related field, with experience in strategic sourcing and fluency in English and Mandarin.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivation, and the ability to work with minimal supervision, as well as occasional long hours.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to communicate effectively with team members and external vendors.
  • Ability to work under stress to meet deadlines and good time management skills.
Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include opportunities for career growth and development, a dynamic and collaborative work environment, and a comprehensive compensation package.
