Global Sourcing Manager Job Description

We are seeking a strategic thinker to lead our global sourcing initiatives. This role involves managing relationships with suppliers, negotiating optimal terms, and ensuring long-term supply continuity.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in operations, manufacturing, sourcing, or a related field. A bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field is also required.

The successful candidate will be able to:

  • Collaborate across the organization to achieve business objectives
  • Analyze supply chain performance and develop strategies for improvement
  • Provide program management support and contribute to process development

Key Qualifications:
