  • Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Preparing cost estimates, tender submissions, and progress claims;
  2. Sourcing, negotiating, and evaluating quotations from subcontractors and suppliers;
  3. Reviewing contracts and preparing cost and material take-offs;
  4. Monitoring project budgets, variations, and cost control;
  5. Conducting site measurements and supporting contract administration;
  6. Coordinating with project teams, consultants, and clients.

The ideal candidate will have a diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, or a related discipline. A minimum of 2 years of experience in QS work, preferably in M&E/C&S, is also required.

The successful candidate should possess strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. Familiarity with BQ, tender documentation, and contract terms is essential.

To succeed in this role, you must be able to work independently and under tight deadlines. The ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and make informed decisions is critical.
