Work Environment Transformation Specialist

Creating a people-oriented work environment is crucial for business growth. As a Work Environment Transformation Specialist, you will be responsible for building partnerships with functional managers and developing an understanding of business needs to meet shared objectives and ambitions.

You will translate the overall people strategy into execution and tactics, ensuring alignment of staffing needs with business objectives and work closely with functional managers on talent acquisition and recruitment activities.

Your expertise in career planning, talent management, performance management, coaching, data analysis, compensation, and recognition programs will be essential in providing valuable insights to drive business success.

You will also manage and resolve employee relations matters, ensuring equitable and pragmatic resolutions.

Fostering a diverse and inclusive environment for every coworker is vital, upholding our organization's Culture and Values.

Requirements:
  • More than 5 years of Human Resources Business Partner experience, preferably from a multinational company or retail industry.
  • Strong sense of self and progress as a trusted advisor for all coworkers.
  • Excellent communicative and stakeholder management skills.
  • Inquisitive and able to partner managers to define new solutions and manage change.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on approach, collaborating and prioritizing in a dynamic retail environment.
  • Well-versed in labour regulations and practices in Singapore.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and team player willing to support on the floor when necessary.
  • Able to adapt to unconventional work schedules, including weekends and public holidays.
