**Business Analyst Role Overview**

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial part in driving strategic initiatives and enhancing business operations.

Your primary focus will be on understanding the company's processes, documenting rules and enhancements, and ensuring that requirements are comprehensive and meet business needs.

You will work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement, develop solutions, and implement changes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential in this role, as you will need to evaluate alternative solutions and make recommendations to decision-makers.

In addition to your technical skills, you will also be responsible for leading discussions, preparing and reviewing documentation, and conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Your ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams will be critical to the success of this role.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Diploma or degree holder in Business IT, Computer Science, or related discipline
  • At least 5-7 years of working experience in life insurance operations and knowledge in both operation and system areas
  • Integral Life (Life 400/Asia AS400) background
  • Experience in UAT
  • Able to make decisions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills and good interpersonal skills
  • Able to multi-task, meet tight deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Able and willing to be hands-on
