Business Solutions Leader
The role of a Business Solutions Leader involves implementing and delivering business solutions to clients. This individual will play a pivotal part in ensuring that projects are implemented effectively, and client needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with potential clients to understand their business solution requirements
- Conduct site surveys to familiarize with outlet layout
- Prepare the client's system backend and hardware for installation
- Install hardware on-site and provide training for users
- Offer support coverage for clients during system implementation and beyond
- Arrange project reviews with clients post-implementation
Technical Support Expertise:
- Provide timely resolutions to clients' technical inquiries and system issues within specified Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Replace faulty hardware as needed
- Participate in phone duty rotation, with company-provided allowance
- Test new system features or fixes
- Develop documentation, manuals, and guides for end-users
Monitor and evaluate customers' evolving needs, offering recommendations for best practices. As the candidate becomes familiar with the company's solutions, they may be given opportunities to take on Project Management roles or Pre-Sales positions.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in IT is preferred but not mandatory
- Knowledge and experience working with Point of Sale (POS) systems can be beneficial
- A responsible individual with high initiative, strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage pressure and ambiguity
- Meticulous approach and willingness to learn
- Fluency in written and spoken English required; proficiency in Mandarin or Tamil an advantage due to customer-facing responsibilities
