Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Assistant Manager/Manager in Treasury & Loan Operations.

  • This position involves managing and validating Swift messages, ensuring seamless payment systems and trade settlements.
  • You will reconcile treasury trades, loan disbursements, and securities transactions with utmost accuracy.
  • A key responsibility is ensuring strict compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
  • You will coordinate with banks, custodians, and internal teams to resolve settlement discrepancies.
  • Additionally, you will support the implementation of new systems, products, and market processes.
  • Another important task is updating and maintaining SOPs as needed.
  • You will also monitor payment timelines and follow up on outstanding transactions.
  • Your expertise will be required to verify trade details, loan profiles, and cash flows in relevant systems.
Requirements
  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in wholesale banking operations (treasury/loan products) is a must.
  • Strong expertise in fund finance, SBLC/LC, and corporate loan products is essential.
  • Proficiency in Swift systems and Microsoft Excel is necessary.
  • Knowledge of Treasury Operations, including FX/Money Market, Bonds, and Derivatives is preferred.
  • Detailed-oriented professionals with strong reconciliation and problem-solving skills are ideal for this role.
  • Experience working with international banks and financial institutions is highly valued.
