Job Title: Product Management Specialist

Product Lifecycle Management

To excel in this role, you will be responsible for anticipating challenges to product lines and proactively working on strategies to counter them.

  • Develop and drive business opportunities for the product group, especially for new businesses.
  • Create effective plans with Return on Investment (ROI) in mind, assisting with the development of annual marketing plans, including advertising, promotion, activities, and sales kits by collaborating closely with local marketing teams and supporting sales teams and partners.
  • Equip local sales teams with necessary product knowledge for effective sales of products. Be the initial reference for all product-related enquiries and work collaboratively with relevant colleagues to address any issues that may arise.
  • Develop channel marketing programs to achieve sales goals.
  • Develop positive working relationships with channel partners to generate revenue.
  • Communicate clearly and assist partners in the execution of channel marketing programs.
  • Jointly visit sales colleagues and potential partners, where required.
  • Focus on producing programs to achieve sell-in, sell-out, and sell-through.
  • Develop strategic product marketing plans for the product line through market research, competitive analysis, pricing, customer engagement, and business planning.
Administration

In this role, you will be responsible for timely submission and creation of Form C for special price support, creation of price lists/memos for distribution to internal and external stakeholders, creation of program cost sheets to support channel-related activities, and liaison with Legal teams when necessary.

  • Prepare product forecasts and constantly monitor inventory levels, ensuring stock availability and supply timelines by liaising with relevant departments.
  • Participate in and prepare for key meetings.
Key Accountabilities

Your primary objectives include achieving business plans, overseeing end-to-end product lifecycle management, developing a thorough understanding of the product, and being an expert in assigned product groups.

  • Collaborate with key team members from across the business, including sales, pre-sales, marketing, customer service, to drive the business.
