Job Summary:

This mid-level position is responsible for managing Capital Markets Business management activities, setting strategy and providing direction, leadership, etc.

Capital Markets Products include Equities, Fixed Income, FX and Structured Products.

The role will develop product plans, strategies, while coordinating product lines through product life-cycles with the wider organization to ensure Product teams are operating in line with regulations, policies and standards.

  • Develop strategic roadmaps for product development and launch
  • Oversee day-to-day product management for core products such as product delivery, client experience, and client communication strategies
  • Help drive innovation by working with external partners/alliances to develop products, manage vendor relationships, and prepare agreements
Key Responsibilities:

Manage cross-functional work streams to deliver business results

Coordinate product life-cycles and ensure compliance with regulations and policies

Develop and communicate plans to approach the marketplace, and coordinate and implement procedures

Requirements:
  • 5-8 years relevant experience
  • Project management, quantitative aptitude, and presentation skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Extensive project management and strategic analysis experience
  • Interest and experience in the financial services industry, in particular in the areas of technology and data mining
