Job Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative professional to fill the position of Senior Art Director.

Main Responsibilities:
  • To conceptualise and design creative solutions for diverse audiences, brands, and industries.
  • Possessing the ability to produce high-quality creatives in various formats and channels.
  • In charge of designing visual elements for multiple communications touch points.
  • This role requires active participation in brainstorming sessions and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the visual style of campaigns and ensuring overall brand consistency.
  • Apart from campaign execution, this person will also support new business development by contributing to proposal creation and pitch presentations.
  • Key responsibilities include coaching and mentoring junior designers to enhance their skills and contribute to team growth.
Requirements:
  • Fundamental understanding of layout, typography, photography, and art direction principles.
  • Ability to oversee the entire creative process from concept development to project delivery.
  • Possessing strong strategic thinking skills and the ability to guide ideation holistically.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills, with experience in working collaboratively with account management teams and external partners.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is mandatory.
