Job Title: Technical Service Lead
Description:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Service Lead to join our team. As a Technical Service Lead, you will be responsible for leading the technical support team in delivering high-quality service to our clients.
Responsibilities:- Ensure that all incidents, requests, and changes are resolved in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with infrastructure, network, and build teams to resolve complex technical issues.
- Act as incident coordinator during major events such as DRP, WIP, and releases.
- Drive continuous service improvement and promote automation.
- 4–6 years of hands-on experience in Infrastructure or Application support.
- Strong understanding of the IT ecosystem & operations in Capital Markets and Corporate Banking.
- Knowledge of SAN, Unix, Windows, Network, DBA, Scheduler, MQ, Ctrl-M.
- Experience in Application & technology interdependencies.
- Knowledge in ITIL Process: Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
- Able to coordinate and take decisions during high-pressure situations.
- Strong leadership & multitasking ability.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
- Client orientation & relationship management.
- Coordination skills across technical/functional and managerial stakeholders.
- Continuous improvement & innovation mindset.
- Experience in training, documentation, and knowledge base maintenance.
