The role of the Customer Engagement Expert is pivotal in delivering an outstanding customer experience, maximizing their value and ROI from our cutting-edge platform.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing a portfolio of customers to ensure strategic engagement services deliverables are met.
  • Providing expert insights and guidance on bespoke customer use cases and RiskNarrative's product suite.
  • Identifying areas for optimisation through regular reviews, analysing data to drive insights and presenting clear recommendations to customers.
  • Working collaboratively with customers to understand specific business needs and ensuring solutions configured in RiskNarrative meet ongoing objectives.
  • Defining, building and delivering strategic roadmaps to meet business goals, working closely with cross-functional teams.

The Team: The Customer Engagement team acts as a centre of excellence for LexisNexis RiskNarrative, responsible for delivering Strategic Engagement Services to customers throughout their lifecycle.

Role Overview: You'll support the management and optimisation of existing customers, coordinating and delivering technical and operational activity across Sales, Product Management, Software Engineering, Professional Services and Support teams.
