Senior Fraud Examiner Role

The primary goal of this role is to provide expert advice and support to various functions, including Compliance, HR, and CHESS.


This position involves conducting complex investigations into suspected cases of internal and external fraud, financial misconduct, and other serious cases of misconduct. It also entails developing and implementing robust investigations methodologies, tools, and deliverables across the organization.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the Head of Investigations in addressing the main objectives of the Investigation team.
  • Conducting thorough investigations, interviewing witnesses and suspects, gathering statements, and documenting findings comprehensively.
  • Designing and implementing anti-fraud strategies, policies, and procedures.
  • Utilizing data analytics and forensic tools to detect anomalies and potential fraud indicators.
  • Preparing detailed investigative reports and presenting investigation results to compliance, senior management, and legal counsel as required.
  • Collaborating with internal departments to support investigations and implement corrective actions.

The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of forensic accounting principles, fraud detection techniques, and investigative methodologies. They should have excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills, as well as experience leading overseas ethics, compliance, or fraud-related fieldwork assignments.


Required qualifications include a minimum of 10 years of experience in forensic investigations, fraud examination, or related roles. The candidate should be proficient in using forensic tools and software for data analysis, and have strong written and verbal communication skills.


A high level of integrity and confidentiality is expected from the successful candidate, who should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
