Third-Party Risk Cyber Security Specialist

Cyber information, technology and third-party risk professionals play a pivotal role in safeguarding customers' data and financial assets. As part of the GCIO organization, you will collaborate with businesses to develop platforms, systems and products that meet their needs.
The ideal candidate will have experience in risk management or controls roles, working across cultures and managing third-party risks. They will also be proactive and delivery-focused, with strong business and commercial acumen.
Key Responsibilities:- Work with International Wealth and Premier Banking to perform control monitoring of IT and data security controls and third-party risk assessments.
- Be responsible for ensuring risk assessments accurately reflect the risks faced by the businesses and are appropriately monitored and reported in relevant governance forums.
- Support third-party engagement managers on TPM issues and ensure appropriate approvals are obtained during the third-party onboarding process.
- Maintain oversight indicators reflecting the effectiveness of third-party risk controls and facilitate senior management decision making.
- Prior experience in a risk management or controls role within a global organization.
- Experience in managing third-party risks, with good understanding of regulatory guidelines.
- Proactive and delivery-focused to ensure tasks are completed on time and to the required quality.
- Strong business and commercial knowledge, particularly in IWPB; familiarity with cyber and information security risks.
