Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and Welcome Customers

Provide a warm and welcoming greeting to all customers, setting the tone for a positive experience in our store.

Process Customer Orders

Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all orders are fulfilled to the highest standard.

Handle Transactions

Handle voucher, cash, credit, and debit card transactions with professionalism and attention to detail.

Maintain a Clean and Organized Work Area

Ensure that the work area is clean and organized, maintaining a high level of hygiene and safety standards.

Follow Food Safety and Hygiene Guidelines

Follow all food safety and hygiene guidelines to ensure the highest standards of quality and safety in our store.

Requirements
  • Previous Experience

Previous experience in a customer service or food service role is preferred, but not essential.

Availability

Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Communication Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.

Physical Demands

Ability to stand for long periods of time and perform physical tasks as required.
