Job Opportunity: Lead Value-Based Healthcare Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our value-based healthcare initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct literature reviews on value-driven care conditions, indicators, and international benchmarks
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and develop clinical quality indicators and patient-reported outcome measures
  • Analyze data on value-driven care conditions
  • Conduct case reviews for cases that do not meet indicators and identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and revise electronic clinical pathways
  • Analyze patient-reported outcome measures
  • Identify and implement hospital-wide publicity programs to promote awareness and adoption of value-based healthcare practices
  • Assist in automating the process of extracting, processing, and validating data
  • Provide secretariat support for meetings
  • Participate in quality improvement projects

Requirements:

  • Degree in Nursing, Biomedical Science, or related disciplines in healthcare, preferably with relevant work experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially in Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge of statistical and data analytic software is an advantage
  • Experience in medical informatics and project management is preferred

Benefits:

This is a 6-month or 1-year contract position. Renewal is subject to performance and availability.
