Value-Based Healthcare Lead

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our Value Based Healthcare initiatives. This exciting opportunity will challenge you to drive positive change in the healthcare landscape.
This full-time contract position involves leading and coordinating value-based initiatives, managing Value Driven Care conditions, and developing clinical quality indicators and patient reported outcome measures. You will also be responsible for data extraction, analysis, and case review to identify areas for improvement.
You will collaborate with stakeholders to define and develop clinical quality indicators and patient reported outcome measures, extract and analyze VDC conditions, and conduct case reviews for cases that do not meet indicators. Additionally, you will develop and revise electronic Clinical Pathways, analyze patient reported outcome measures, and identify hospital-wide publicity programs to promote awareness and adoption of value-based healthcare practices.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Nursing or related disciplines, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and knowledge of statistical and data analytic software. Experience in medical informatics and project management is highly desirable.
