Job Description:

The successful candidate will operate largely on an appointment basis, taking clients through a 1.5-2 hour education session about diamonds to create awareness about the diamond retail industry.

They will assist clients in choosing their ring designs and help them with customization options for their ring designs.

The role requires delivering a holistic and high-quality product demo to our clients throughout the first three months.

It is also necessary to continuously keep abreast of ongoing product developments.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring a smooth flow for our clients, including responsibilities such as ensuring the diamond's delivery timeline, helping clients with their customized designs, and following up with their enquiries.

This includes greeting and ushering, helping clients with their collections, and many more interactions.

Requirements:
  • Minimum one year experience in High-End Retail
