Spares Management Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Spares Manager to assume key responsibilities at our organization.

  • Main Responsibilities:
    • Develop and execute pricing strategies for online spares sales
    • Establish and maintain accurate pricing for all parts and accessories
    • Prepare competitive pricing proposals and adjust prices as needed
    • Ensure all pricing complies with tax and import/export regulations
    • Drive sales by following up on high-value quotes
    • Oversee the entire sales process for equipment spares, from customer enquiry to delivery
    • Monitor market trends and identify opportunities to grow the spares business
    • Design and implement sales plans and promotions to achieve sales goals
    • Manage all aspects of the spare parts process, from procurement to delivery
    • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable spares
    • Review and improve current processes for enhanced efficiency and results
  • Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in engineering, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field
    • Experience with ERP systems and associated software
    • Previous spares management experience in the heavy equipment industry is advantageous
    • Able to analyze data to identify trends and make informed decisions
    • Strong problem-solving skills for handling issues with spares, pricing, or logistics
    • Committed to delivering excellent customer service and building strong customer relationships
