Enterprise ICT Security Specialist

This role is ideal for an experienced professional looking to drive security initiatives in a forward-thinking organization. You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive ICT security programs that ensure robust, resilient, and pragmatic security posture.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing enterprise-wide ICT security strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives;
  • Establishing and administering Third-Party Management policies and procedures;
  • Managing compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements;
  • Enhancing cybersecurity awareness through outreach programs and training initiatives;
  • Performing quality audits and conducting regular security reviews to identify vulnerabilities and areas for improvement;
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest ICT security practices and technologies to recommend controls that improve the enterprise security posture.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Strong background in ICT security, information security, or a related field;
  • At least 1 year of direct and relevant full-time ICT security work experience;
  • Preferably hold IT security certifications such as CISSP, CRISC, CISM, CISA, CEH, etc.;
  • Knowledge of IT security principles and IT controls, and familiarity with frameworks (e.g., COBIT, ISO 27001/2);
  • Good understanding of the current IT/cybersecurity landscape;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work beyond business hours, strong sense of urgency, and good problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Successful candidates will be offered a 1+1 year contract in the first instance. All applicants will be notified on whether they are shortlisted for the position within 4 weeks of the closing date.
