Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist


Key Responsibilities:
  • Verify that manufactured components meet engineering specifications and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain and update technical documents, drawings, specifications, and process instructions for traceability and version control.
  • Perform dimensional inspections of manufactured components using calibrated tools and equipment to verify conformance to engineering specifications.
  • Document inspection results and escalate non-conformances for review and resolution.
  • Contribute to root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) activities to address quality issues and drive improvement.
  • Prepare documentation and evidence packages for internal and external audits, including regulatory and customer audits.

Requirements:
  • A minimum Higher Nitec in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Precision Engineering, or related courses.
  • Knowledge in interpreting engineering drawings GD&T.
