Quality Assurance Specialist

The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality Printed Wiring Boards that meet customer specifications and industry standards. This involves managing quality assurance processes, serving as the primary liaison for customer service accounts, and upholding compliance with regulatory and internal quality systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality products by implementing quality assurance processes and monitoring inspection and testing procedures.
  • Act as the primary contact for customer quality-related inquiries and complaints, coordinating resolution through root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Monitor product conformance to IPC and customer-specific standards, maintain quality records in accordance with ISO 9001 and internal QMS protocols, and prepare and submit quality reports to customers and internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance activities/operational.
  • Degree in any Engineering discipline (Quality Engineering preferred) in a manufacturing environment.
  • Good communication, report writing, and presentation skills.
  • Independent, decisive, and good at problem-solving.
  • Able to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferred with knowledge of PWB manufacturing processes and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Candidates should have strong analytical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a keen eye for detail. They must also be able to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
