Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Product Promoter to enhance our product presence and visibility in-store. As a vital member of our merchandising department, you will play a crucial role in maintaining product displays, stock levels, and inventory management processes.

  • Daily Store Visits: Conduct regular store visits to ensure optimal product placement and maintain high visibility standards.
  • Relationship Building: Develop strong working relationships with store staff and management to foster a collaborative environment.
  • Product Evaluation: Evaluate product displays, stock levels, and inventory management processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaboration and Optimization: Work closely with store personnel to optimize product replenishment and inventory control procedures.
  • Visual Merchandising: Design and implement visually appealing promotional displays and in-store activations that drive sales and engagement.
  • Customer Engagement: Support product sampling initiatives and live demonstrations to engage customers and provide exceptional service.
  • Customer Feedback: Gather and relay customer feedback to the management and product development teams to inform future product decisions.
  • Reporting and Insights: Submit regular reports on sales performance, stock levels, display conditions, and any issues or opportunities identified.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in merchandising or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions.
  • Basic knowledge of food hygiene practices and regulations.
