We are seeking a Customer Service Officer to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for someone who wants to build their career in customer service.
Job DescriptionThe primary responsibility of the Customer Service Officer will be to provide excellent customer support to corporate clients, ensuring that all orders and requests are managed efficiently and effectively.
This includes responding promptly to customer inquiries, preparing quotations, and submitting required documents in a timely manner.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of spare parts price lists, coordinating with customers, forwarders, and internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer support to corporate clients
- Manage end-to-end customer orders and requests
- Prepare and submit quotations and required documents
- Maintain accurate records of spare parts price lists

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree or diploma in a relevant field
- At least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Strong command of spoken and written English
- Able to work after office hours when required
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin (an asset)
