TRISTARS ENGINEERING AND SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee all operational activities, reporting directly to the Director. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of procurement and sub-contractor management.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversight of company operations with direct reporting to the Director.
- In-depth knowledge of procurement and sub-contractor management.
- Experience in managing contracts, negotiating with clients on contract activity, developing budgets, and controlling expenses.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification (higher qualifications considered).
- Critical decision-making skills for ground management and manpower deployment.
- Ability to support project executives in commercial/contractual negotiations with professional consultants and clients.
- Reviewing reports on project status, providing financial guidance, and recommending improvements.
- Compilation and presentation of claims management strategies.
- Advice on dispute avoidance and resolution strategies.
We are looking for candidates with experience in:
- Negotiation and budgeting.
- Leadership, claims management, and construction.
- Dispute resolution, administration, and strategy.
- Procurement, accounting, human resources, customer service, and business development.
We offer a competitive salary range of SGD 90,000 - 120,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, to attract top talent for this challenging role.
