Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Data Expert Lead to join our team. As a key member, you will design, build, and maintain big data platforms, ensuring efficient data processing and scalable systems.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain ETL preprocessing workflows for smooth data extraction, transformation, and loading.
  • Design, implement, and optimize data warehouses for easy access and organization of data.
  • Conduct detailed data analysis, including data modeling, dashboard development, and data mining, to extract actionable insights.
  • Continuously monitor and optimize the performance of data pipelines and systems to ensure efficient data processing.
Requirements
  • Programming expertise in at least one object-oriented language (e.g., Python, Java, or Scala).
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with innovative thinking.
  • At least 4 years of experience in big data development, including real-time and offline data processing, modeling, ETL development, and data analysis.
  • Deep understanding and practical experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Flink, Hive, and other mainstream frameworks).
  • Collaboration and communication skills, with strong self-motivation and excellent teamwork spirit.
  • Proficiency in both English and Mandarin for effective work communication in a bilingual environment.
