Admin Assistant Position

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to join our team.

  • This role involves providing administrative support to our operations, ensuring seamless day-to-day activities.
  • You will be responsible for preparing outgoing mail, coordinating courier deliveries and pickups, and managing system admin operations.
  • Additionally, you will provide professional customer service by responding to enquiries and follow up on timely delivery and pickup completion.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in an Admin or support role is required.
  • Prior customer service or administrative experience is a plus.
  • Basic technical proficiency, including computer literacy and ability to navigate different systems, is essential.
