**System Engineering Solutions Specialist**

We are seeking a skilled and experienced System Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing innovative system engineering solutions that drive business growth and innovation.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Design and develop system engineering solutions to meet customer needs, utilizing advanced technical skills and knowledge.
    • Develop test plans and procedures to ensure high-quality outcomes and efficient project delivery.
    • Source and procure necessary system hardware to support project requirements, ensuring timely and cost-effective solutions.
    • Plan and set up test labs to facilitate efficient testing and validation of system functionality.
    • Conduct factory acceptance tests to verify system compliance with customer requirements.
    • Lead installation, checkout, integration, and testing (ICIT) at customer sites to ensure seamless delivery and minimize project risks.
    • Perform troubleshooting and resolve system faults in a timely and effective manner, using problem-solving skills and technical expertise.
    • Perform on-site acceptance tests to verify system compliance with customer requirements and specifications.
    • Lead project activities and coordinate with multiple stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and other teams of staff to ensure successful project delivery and maintain strong relationships.
  • Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or Computer Science, with a strong foundation in mathematical and scientific principles.
    • Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in the industry, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects and meeting customer expectations.
    • Experience and knowledge in Infocomm Technology, RedHat Linux, Virtual Environment, Network Security, and other related areas.
    • Proficient in MS Office, Visio, and other software applications relevant to the role.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
    • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
    • Good learning capability, with a willingness to learn new technologies and stay up-to-date with industry developments.
