An established professional services firm is seeking an experienced Corporate Governance leader to join its growing team. The successful candidate will oversee and manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring compliance with corporate governance regulations.
This senior position offers a chance to lead a team and mentor junior members, providing guidance and reviewing their work. Strong leadership and people management skills are essential for this role.
A Chartered Secretary or LLB qualification with at least 10 years of experience in corporate secretarial duties, including 5 years in a managerial role, is required. A strong track record of mentoring teams and a hands-on leadership style are also necessary.
