We are looking for a motivated and organized Clinic Care Coordinator to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Job Description:The Clinic Care Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating patient care activities, including scheduling appointments, managing medical records, and communicating with healthcare providers.
They will also be responsible for providing basic health education to patients, promoting healthy lifestyle choices, and advocating for patient needs.
The Clinic Care Coordinator will work closely with our healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements:- Diploma in Health Promotion or related field
- Previous experience in healthcare or patient services
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
