Cybersecurity Leadership Opportunity

Establish a strong presence in our organization as a Cyber Intelligence Vice President, driving cybersecurity strategies to safeguard critical assets. Your leadership will play a pivotal role in enhancing our resilience against evolving global cyber threats.

This key position is responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks, informing and influencing control measures across the organization. As a subject matter expert, you will contribute to strategic cybersecurity initiatives, enhance threat detection and response capabilities, and significantly impact the firm's operations, fiscal management, public image, employee morale, and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement Proactive Threat Intelligence Strategies: Utilize advanced analytics and emerging technologies to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Research and Develop Novel Methodologies: Uncover unique threat intelligence by working with large data sets using data analysis tools and/or programming languages.
  • Hunt and Track Sophisticated Threat Actors: Use open and closed-source tools to track groups of highly sophisticated threat actors and their tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs).
  • Maintain Detailed Threat Actor Profiles: Cover TTPs, intent, goals, and strategic objectives of adversaries of interest/relevance to the firm and wider financial industry.
  • Build Strong Stakeholder Relationships: Share threat intelligence and best practices to achieve operational goals and improve cybersecurity operations.
  • Track Global Landscapes: Assess the influence of the global, technology, and geopolitical landscapes on cyber threats and security opportunities, particularly within the financial industry.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Related Discipline
  • 5+ Years of Experience in Cyber Threat Intelligence or Relevant Fields
  • Fundamental Understanding of Cybersecurity Concepts
  • Data Acumen: Ability to Interrogate Large Data Sets
  • Automate Repeatable Security Tasks
  • Demonstrated Knowledge of Prominent Cyber Threat Actor Groups
  • Effective Communication Skills
