We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our cybersecurity product capabilities development and sustenance.


Cybersecurity Leadership
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of technical professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Lead by example and embody the highest standards of integrity, professionalism, and excellence in all aspects of your work.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide strategic direction for our cybersecurity product capabilities development and sustenance.* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement complex network infrastructures.* Drive the adoption of DevOps practices within the organization, including continuous integration, automated testing, and continuous delivery.* Implement and manage software version control systems to track changes, facilitate collaboration, and ensure code quality.* Work closely with government projects specifically in cybersecurity environments and governance, risk management, and compliance.* Effectively communicate and present complex security concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.* Experience with deployment orchestration, automation, and security configuration management is an added advantage.

Requirements
* At least 10 years of software development experience, with at least 5 years in a technical leadership role in cybersecurity.* Relevant industry certifications such as CISSP, CSSLP, PMP or equivalent.* Strong knowledge of cloud architecture, networking concepts, protocols, and technologies.* Ability to work easily with diverse and dynamic teams.* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to transpose complex security concepts into business terms/impacts.
