We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to join our team as Finance Manager.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our business. As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for leading short- and long-term financial planning, building financial models for new business concepts, presenting financial summaries and business insights to senior management, and tightening internal controls for program spending and revenue accrual.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead strategic financial planning initiatives
  • Develop and maintain accurate financial models and forecasts
  • Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights to senior management
  • Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of experience in tax, finance or a related analytical field
  • 4+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses
  • 4+ years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis
  • 4+ years of identifying, leading, and executing opportunities to improve, automate, standardize or simplify finance or business tools and processes
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, statistics or business, or Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of quantitative role (engineering, process re-engineering, quality assurance) experience
Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in continuous improvement projects, MBA or CPA certification, knowledge of Tableau, and experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools would be an asset.
