About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Interior Detailer to join our team. As an Interior Detailer, you will play a crucial role in bringing our design concepts to life.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and develop detailed drawings and designs for various stages of construction, including preliminary, construction, and as-built.
  • Create schedules and drawing lists for proper documentation and record-keeping.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest drafting technologies and software to maintain strong technical competency.
  • Produce high-quality drawings and technical specifications for elevations, materials, masonry, ironmongery, millwork, carpentry, and fitting-out works.
  • Support the design team by clarifying design details to the construction team or subcontractors when required.
Requirements:
  • Relevant certification in Interior Design, Architecture, M&E, or a related field with a minimum of 2-5 years of drafting experience.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and construction CAD systems (e.g., CP 83 standard).
  • Strong teamwork orientation with a proactive, positive attitude.
  • Effective communication skills for collaboration across teams.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and systematic in documentation and workflow.
