Experienced Interior Designer Wanted

We are seeking an experienced Interior Designer to join our team. As an Interior Designer, you will be responsible for developing interior design concepts for projects in collaboration with the Lead Designer and/or Principal through to construction document and CA phases.
Key responsibilities include:
- Evaluating project information, conferring and corresponding with the Lead Designer to determine project parameters and requirements.
- Developing design concepts for project(s).
- Leading and supporting design development of client's interior program through development of photographic image studies.
You will develop basic interior design to meet the client's programmatic requirements and assure technical suitability. This includes developing conceptual ideas graphically and participating directly in each project from programming through project completion.
Responsibilities also include supporting and producing presentation and design drawings, designing with minimal supervision, and coordinating with the design team to ensure integration of design and interior design elements.
In addition, you will be responsible for quality control for the interior design function, including accuracy of each segment of work as it is completed and conformance to company design standards.
Project Management responsibilities include establishing programs with Project Managers/Principals, overseeing interior design aspects of construction, and assisting with construction oversight for general conformance with the interior design concept.
