Job Description:
- Support the administration of contracts, including cash flow/budgetary forecasts, cost estimates, cost data analysis, tender evaluation, payment processing, claims, variation orders, and report preparation.
- Verify that contracts are administered according to executed contract documents.
- Work with key stakeholders to ensure processes and contract administration align with company policies and project requirements.
Required Skills:
- Degree in Building/Construction Management/Quantity Surveying or a related discipline from a recognized university.
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience in quantity surveying and/or construction work or contract management of construction projects.
- Knowledge of local standard conditions of contracts for engineering or construction projects and market unit rates.
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
