Micron Technology is seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead our Non-Volatile Engineering (NVE) Product Engineering team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving the development and validation of our next-generation 3D NAND memory products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Innovate new Design for Test (DFT) solutions to reduce defects, test time, and cycle time for qualification.
- Partner with Design Engineering to develop and innovate test modes.
- Own test mode definition and drive validation processes in pre-silicon and post-silicon phases.
- Lead efforts to reduce die size and enable best-in-class production testing capabilities.
- Engage with System teams to improve yield, quality, and test time.
- Lead staging and strategy for future nodes to achieve best-in-class design and system solutions.
As a Team Lead:
- Guide, mentor, and support team members with technical expertise.
- Provide direction for solution enablement and delegate work to team members.
