Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition to lead our recruitment strategy and drive the attraction, interview, and hiring of top talent across various positions in our organisation.

About the Role

This is a key leadership position that requires a deep understanding of our business goals and market trends. You will be responsible for developing and executing effective talent acquisition strategies, leading and mentoring a team of recruiters, and collaborating with hiring managers to source candidates for diverse roles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute local and international talent acquisition strategies, aligned with our business objectives and industry trends
  • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to drive an efficient and candidate-focused recruitment process
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and identify suitable candidates for various roles
  • Oversee pipeline strategies to ensure timely hiring and attract top talent for strategic initiatives
  • Partner with external agencies, corporate entities, and institutions to promote our employer brand, internships, and outreach programs
  • Continuously improve recruitment processes using data-driven insights to enhance efficiency and candidate experience
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree or higher from a recognised institution in Business or Human Resource management
  • At least 10 years of experience in Human Resource, preferably 8 years in Talent Acquisition within Education, Healthcare, or Retail industries
  • Proven track record of collaborating with senior leaders and driving strategic initiatives with a strong operational focus
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective recruitment strategies while leading and managing a team of skilled recruitment professionals
What We Offer
