The role involves working with the Front Office to ensure seamless execution of trades, enhance process efficiency, and deliver excellent client service.

  • Trade Support: Collaborate with trading teams to resolve queries and optimize processes

  • Client Onboarding: Ensure timely and efficient onboarding of new clients, including hedge funds

  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance workflow and productivity

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Relevant experience in a client-facing middle office or trade support role

  • Strong understanding of Cash Equity and Equity Swap products; derivatives exposure is beneficial

  • Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to handle pressure in a high-volume environment

  • Proactive mindset with the ability to solve problems and build strong client relationships
