As an Export Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our export operations and maintaining smooth communication with our warehouse personnel and overseas agents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Export Operations Quality Control: Ensure that all export operations meet the highest quality standards, including cargo labelling and documentation.
  • Daily Liaison: Maintain daily communication with our warehouse personnel and overseas agents to resolve any discrepancies or issues.
  • Cargo Management: Perform quality checks on export cargo and scan pre-alerts to overseas agents and shippers.
  • Discrepancy Resolution: Liaise with our warehouse personnel and shipment, booking, and cross-border teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues.
  • Cargo Acceptance and Submission: Verify and submit cargo acceptance through our portal.
  • Ad-Hoc Tasks: Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Education: Possess at least an ITE or Diploma in Logistics/Transportation or equivalent.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and equipped with IT skills.
  • Availability: Willing to work weekends and duties as required.
