About the Job

As a Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of retail sales staff and overseeing the daily operations of one or two retail shops. Your goal will be to ensure that all team members perform their roles efficiently and effectively in achieving sales targets and providing excellent customer service.

Main Responsibilities
  • To manage and direct the performance of 1-2 retail shops
  • To train and develop retail staff in areas of brand concept, product knowledge, selling techniques, and service level
  • To conduct one-on-one coaching and individual sales performance reviews
  • To direct and motivate the team
  • To provide constructive feedback on sales, effectiveness of promotions, customers' response on all launches and promotions
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of management experience, preferably managing retail sales staff
  • Min. Degree holder in any field
  • Experience in fields of haircare sales/skin care/product promotions is an advantage
  • Possess good people and management skills
  • Meticulous and detailed personality
