Job Summary

We are seeking an Retail Leader to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting with product sourcing to meet customer demands.

In this role, you will maintain the cleanliness of our retail outlet or showroom, ensuring products are sufficient and well displayed. You will also perform stock takes and retail outlet administration as required.

As a Retail Leader, you will achieve or maximize sales objectives as part of a motivated team. You will be flexible and willing to take on assigned tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer services and assist product sourcing to meet customer demands.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of our retail outlet or showroom, ensuring products are sufficient and well displayed.
  • Perform stock takes and retail outlet administration as required.
  • Achieve or maximize sales objectives as part of a motivated team.
  • Be flexible and willing to take on assigned tasks.

Requirements:

  • N-level holder or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of relevant working experience in the retail industry, preferably in selling sporting goods.
  • Excellent communication skills and passion for the retail industry.
  • Customer service oriented with a willingness to work on shifts (including weekends and public holidays).
