At SMARTE CARTE SINGAPORE PTE. LTD., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Airport Supervisor to join our team. As an Airport Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our airport terminal, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of airport staff, including trolley service officers and other administrative personnel.
- Ensure that all airport operations are conducted in a safe and secure manner, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Monitor and control the movement of trolleys and other equipment within the terminal.
- Conduct regular safety and security briefings with staff to ensure they are aware of potential hazards and risks.
- Investigate and resolve any incidents or accidents that occur within the terminal.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless airport operations.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve airport efficiency and productivity.
- At least O level qualification.
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in operations functions.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work on shift duty and adapt to changing situations.
- Able to obtain an Airport Pass (Airside).
- Familiarity with Changi Airport terminal operations is an added advantage.
