Job Summary

The ideal candidate will lead the client onboarding function, overseeing end-to-end processes and ensuring alignment with business objectives.


Key responsibilities include strategic leadership, KYC and compliance management, collaboration and communication, data management, process improvement, and team leadership.


Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership
    • Develop and implement strategic visions for the Front Office client onboarding function.

  • KYC and Compliance Management
    • Oversee preparation of client/case profiles and guide teams in obtaining required corroboration and information.

  • Collaboration and Communication
    • Champion sharing of best KYC practices through huddles with various market regions and teams.

  • Data Management and Reporting
    • Direct analysis of data to track progress and efficiency of the onboarding pipeline.



Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field
  • At least 15 years of experience in KYC, AML, and/or client onboarding within private banking or financial services.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks
  • Proven ability to lead and manage teams, drive strategic initiatives, and foster a collaborative environment.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency with KYC software and databases
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvements and drive operational excellence
