Job Title: Warehouse Support Specialist

This role is responsible for assisting in the smooth operation of our warehouse. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team that ensures timely and accurate processing of stock, orders, and deliveries.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Stock Management: Assist in receiving, storing, and dispatching stock according to delivery schedules.
  • Order Processing: Process daily ecommerce orders and returns efficiently and accurately.
  • Documentation: Prepare and post commercial invoices and packing lists, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Data Entry: Accurately input data into the company's system, including pick rates, delivery summaries, attendance records, and job allocations.
Requirements:
  • Physical Strength: Must be physically fit to handle loads up to 20kg.
  • Warehouse Environment: Ability to work in a non-air-conditioned environment.
